1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Abriz LLC ("Abriz", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, the "Services"). The Services include, for example, the public site at abriz.ai and the Abriz Cue product and related applications and tools at cue.abriz.ai. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of services
abriz.ai provides general information about Abriz, ways to contact us, and optional resources such as a newsletter. Use of the marketing site is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Abriz Cue, available at cue.abriz.ai, is an AI-assisted communication product that may include features such as collaborative script preparation, a voice-adaptive teleprompter, speech-related analysis, script management, team collaboration, and related functionality. Features may change over time. Abriz Cue is offered on the web and may be offered through additional clients or integrations as we announce them.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account (including for Abriz Cue). You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your login information secure
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized use
- Meet the minimum age requirement (at least thirteen (13), or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
4. Plans, pricing, and AI credits
Abriz Cue may offer individual plans (such as Free, Lite, Pro, and Max), team plans, and add-on credit packs. Pricing, entitlements, and credit rules are described on the product pricing page and may change with reasonable notice as described there or in these Terms.
- Free plan allocations may be one-time or non-renewing as stated in the product
- Paid plan credits may renew on your billing cycle as described at purchase
- Unused periodic credits may not roll over unless we state otherwise
- Add-on credits may have different expiry rules as stated at purchase
- We may change pricing for existing subscribers with reasonable advance notice where required by law
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions bill on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. If you cancel:
- You generally retain access through the end of the paid period
- We do not refund partial periods unless required by law or stated in writing
- Your account may revert to a free tier, subject to that tier’s limits
- Your content may remain available subject to the limits of the tier you are on
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Services ("User Content"), including scripts, notes, cue cards, and recordings. You grant Abriz a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Services for you and, where applicable, collaborators you authorize.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it complies with law and does not infringe others’ rights.
7. AI-generated content
Outputs from AI features (including Ghostwriter, script generation, rewrites, or similar tools) are provided for your use. AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or biased. You must review and validate outputs before relying on them, including in high-stakes situations. Abriz disclaims warranties regarding AI outputs except where mandatory law says otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate applicable law or regulation
- Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or related infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Use automated means that overload or scrape the Services outside permitted APIs or normal human use
- Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, visual design, documentation, and Abriz trademarks, belong to Abriz or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as law allows without a license. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abriz and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from the Services or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services or Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Abriz for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except to the extent warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if we discontinue a Service with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the affected Services stops. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (such as email or an in-product notice). Your continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws. Except where prohibited by law or subject to a binding arbitration agreement we separately provide to you, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
