Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cue platform and services ("Services") provided by Abriz LLC ("Abriz", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Abriz Cue is an AI-powered communication platform that includes an AI Ghostwriter, smart teleprompter, speech analysis, script management, and related features. The Services are provided via web application at cue.abriz.ai and associated tools.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

4. Plans, Pricing, and AI Credits

Abriz Cue offers individual plans (Free, Lite, Pro, Max), team plans, and add-on credit packs. Pricing, features, and credit allocations are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

• Free plan credits are provided as a one-time allocation and do not renew
• Paid plan credits renew monthly on your billing date
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Add-on credit pack credits do not expire
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
• Your scripts and data are preserved and accessible on the Free plan, subject to Free plan limits

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Services, including scripts, brain dumps, cue cards, and recordings ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant Abriz a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful material.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Cue's AI features (including the Ghostwriter, script generation, and style rewrite) is provided for your use. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Abriz makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated means to access the Services beyond normal use (scraping, bots)
• Resell or redistribute the Services without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of Abriz LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Abriz's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abriz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Abriz in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
