Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Abriz LLC ("Abriz", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, operates the public website at abriz.ai and the Abriz Cue product at cue.abriz.ai (together with related applications, authentication flows, and tools we provide, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Services. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, and credentials when you create an account for Abriz Cue or related Services.
  • User content: Scripts, notes, cue cards, recordings, and other materials you create or upload where the product supports them.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number.
  • Communications: Messages you send us by email or other channels.
  • Newsletter: Email address when you subscribe on abriz.ai. Subscriptions are processed through our email list provider as described in Section 6.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Features used, sessions, activity tied to your account where applicable, and similar usage information needed to run and secure the Services.
  • Device and technical data: Browser type, operating system, device type, and similar technical information.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 on our marketing site (abriz.ai) as described in Section 6. It helps us understand aggregate traffic and usage. Google may set cookies and process data as described in Google’s documentation and privacy policy.

2.3 Information processed through AI features

When you use AI-powered features (for example, Ghostwriter, speech analysis, script generation, or style tools), your inputs are sent to third-party AI providers to produce outputs. We use those providers under our agreements to operate the product; we do not use your content to train our own general-purpose models. Each provider’s documentation describes how it handles API data, including any opt-outs or retention rules that may apply.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, debug, and improve the Services
  • Process AI requests and return results to you
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing
  • Enforce plan limits (such as credits, scripts, or recordings) where the product defines them
  • Send transactional messages, product updates, and marketing or newsletter emails where you have opted in or where law allows
  • Respond to support requests and other communications
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with law and protect rights and safety

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Vendors that help us host, secure, bill, deliver email, run analytics, or process AI workloads, subject to confidentiality and processing terms.
  • Team or organization members: If you use collaborative or team features, shared content and related profile information may be visible to others in your workspace as the product is designed.
  • Legal and safety: When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit where we control the implementation
  • Authentication and access controls for product accounts (including providers such as Supabase where applicable)
  • Application-level authorization and rate limiting where built into our systems
  • Periodic review of our security practices

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to provide the Services. Their privacy policies govern how they handle data they process for their own purposes. Examples include:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication for Abriz Cue where used
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment for websites and APIs
  • Google Analytics 4: Web analytics for abriz.ai (measurement ID G-LHS16ZVLH4; GA4 data stream ID 13362290762)
  • Acumbamail: Newsletter and email list management when you subscribe on abriz.ai
  • AI providers: Model hosts and APIs used for AI features in the product

7. Cookies and storage

Abriz Cue and related authenticated experiences may use essential cookies or local storage for login sessions and preferences (such as theme). Our marketing site loads Google Analytics 4, which may set first-party cookies (for example _ga) to distinguish visitors and measure engagement. We do not run third-party ad networks for cross-site behavioral ads on these properties.

8. Data retention

We keep account data and user content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information and user content within a reasonable period, typically within thirty (30) days, unless a longer period is required by law, dispute resolution, or backup and security practices (for example, encrypted backups may persist for a limited time). Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained longer for analytics and service improvement.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable
  • Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe links are included in marketing messages)
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@abriz.ai. We may need to verify your request before responding.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information (such as rights to know, delete, or correct certain information, and to opt out of certain processing or profiling where those laws apply). We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration as that term is commonly used in state privacy laws. To exercise rights available to you, contact contact@abriz.ai. You may also have the right to appeal our response under some laws.

11. EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data as described in this policy. Our legal bases may include: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request), legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services, consistent with your rights), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (for example, certain newsletters or cookies where applicable law requires opt-in consent). You may have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13), or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. International data transfers

We are based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers (such as standard contractual clauses).

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law (for example, by email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes may constitute acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
